 * The patch should be applied from within the 'gil' folder.
 * You can use the 'patch' program (see [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GnuWin32 GnuWin32] or [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UnxUtils UnxUtils]) to apply the patch. I think tortoise svn has a nice GUI patch tool.
